It’s Monday and just can’t believe where the time has gone since last week . . .

Thursday morning saw us heading off to Rotherham Minster to photograph Shareen and Rory’s wedding followed by the reception at Wortley Hall. The weather forecast for Thursday and Friday was dreadful but we are amazingly lucky photographers where weather is concerned and the weather was fabulous until we had done all the photos at Wortley and then the heavens opened – but who cares after that!

Friday saw us up and out early again, this time to photograph Anna and Dave’s wedding at Cannon Hall in Barnsley and then a 60 mile trip down the M1 to Belper to a fabulous farm setting for the reception. Again, the weather forecast was not good at all but the Footprint Photography luck held out and it was a beautiful sunny day at Cannon Hall followed by one of those idyllic English evenings that stayed warm until about 9pm when we headed off home

Two very very long days but we love what we do so we got home with smiles on our faces – aching everywhere else but smiles on our faces!
