If you booked a skydiving lesson you would expect to get the parachute in with the price rather than an optional extra. This is how we view our Wedding Photography, we quote once and everything is included – 2 photographers, as much cover as you need and all the processed photos yours to keep as hi-res images on disk with our permission to use as you like, this includes downloading, copying, sharing etc.
